Re-invented Hot Climate

Besides reinventing technology for Cold delicate products, Fri-Jado has made further developments in humidification and heat balance for Hot Serve Over counters. These developments have taken hot holding further in order to improve the product appeal, product quality and most important: shelf life.

In Fri-Jado’s quest to always improve hot holding technology, a new finely balanced combination has been developed:

  • Indirect heating elements
  • Infrared light
  • A delicate airflow system
  • A boiler-based humidification system.

These technologies are combined and constantly adjusted to provide the best level of heat and moisture to preserve the product for the customer.

Equal to the cold counters, a state-of-the-art and energy-saving insulation is implemented to make sure hot can be connected to cold. This system allows for the best quality shelf life for more than five hours.
