The design provides a clear 360° view on your products. The adjustable slim shelves seem to be floating in the counter creating more total display surface.
HOT Thanks to its patented holding technology, the MCC controls maximal food safety, extends shelf life and cuts waste. The hot model keeps your products warm at 65°C thanks to Hot Blanket technology where hot air keeps circulating over the shelf surface. Moreover, the 75°C air blanket kills 99,9% of pathogens.
COLD Your cold products stay cold thanks to the patented OmniCold airflow that stays within the counter (3M1 Classification**). Both technologies will reduce energy costs because of the air recycling within the counter. Preventing it to transfer heat into your store.
The new MCC is very easy to install and can adapt to any store format and size. Both the hot and cold models are available in various widths and configurations: as self-serve and serve over, as drop-in or floor model, as stand alone or inline. All configurations can be combined in hot and/or cold!
