Meatloaf from the rotisserie
A good meatloaf is all about balance: rich, savory flavors, the right texture, and a result that’s both comforting and versatile. This classic recipe brings together a mix of pork and beef, gently sweetened with stewed onion and finished with fresh parsley and crunchy panko for the perfect bite.
Ingredients
- Mixed minced meat, pork beef 1.5 kg
- Eggs 2 pcs
- Parsley 1 bussel
- Panko 100 gr
- Onion 1pce
- Pepper 1 tsp
- salt 2 tsp
- garlic powder 2 tsp
Instructions
Meatloaf
Start by cutting the onion. We are going to cut these into small cubes and stew them for a while to bring out the sweetness.
We take our minced meat and place it in a large mixing bowl. To this we then add our stewed onion, salt, pepper and garlic powder. We crack 2 whole eggs and chop a few sprigs of parsley and add this to our mixture.
To maintain hygiene, we use gloves to mix our meatloaf 😉.
Now that the solidity of the mixture is palpable, we can add the Panko and knead well one more time and, of course, form the bread.
Once the oven is preheated and we have placed the meatloaf in its designated baskets we can load the meatloaf.
Then we press start and wait for a great product to emerge.
The meatloaf is ready when we have obtained a core temperature of 70°C or more.
Now that the meatloaf is ready we can go in many directions. Here I chose a meatloaf sandwich with pickles or a meal with meatloaf tomato sauce and pure. Let your creativity work.
