Patented Hot Blanket Technology
Fri-Jado’s open-front and self-serve hot displays use patented Hot Blanket technology, combining gentle shelf heat with targeted hot air circulation. This creates a stable, warm environment around packaged food, protecting it from cooler air and keeping it at the ideal serving temperature for longer.
