TDR 7/8 Manual

Rotisserie with 8 meat fork, V-spit, 7 basket or rack positions and a rotor for up to 40 chicken. If desired the TDR 7/8 can be placed on a stand.

The TDR pushes the air throughout the cavity, resulting in an improved heat transfer on the products. It consumes less electricity during the preparation process. Add to this the improved cooking time and you have the most energy efficient rotisserie and a high output. The double glass doors create a striking, large display section that maximizes your products’ visual appeal to customers! It also offers perfect insulation with contact temperatures below 158˚F

The features of the optional TDR Rotisserie Exhaust Hood are as simple as they are effective.
With the Fri-Jado rotisserie exhaust hood, it is not necessary to spend time and money on installing a central ventilation system. You will save energy, as you will bring no disturbance to your store climate. Because the units are self-contained, you can position your TDR rotisserie anywhere in the store and create a front cooking situation.
