More cooking, less cleaning

The automatic cleaning process can be done after hours; increased cooking volumes and sales throughout the day! The LDR auto-clean enables the operator to spend their valuable time on what’s most important: serving customers.
Low water consumption
The LDR reduces operational and maintenance costs. It has a surprisingly low water consumption and it does not have any door seals that need frequent replacement.
The Cook Correction Technology corrects alterations in the cooking cycle that are due to half-loads, overloads, or products with a difference in temperature. It measures abnormalities in the temperature curve and corrects the cycle automatically, ensuring food-safety and energy-efficient cooking.
The Eco Cooking function uses residual heat in the last cooking phase, to save up to 5% on energy consumption.
Pass-through as standard
For enhanced safety, the LDR 8 + 8 S auto-clean features a unique pass-through design (doors on both sides). Helping to avoid cross-contamination by separating of raw and cooked products.
