To say that the Ho.Re.Ca sector is eager for everything to open up again is putting it mildly. It understands how crucial, indeed vital, it is to get things going again, and is more interested than ever in what its leading trade fair, HostMilano, has to offer. A road map is now in place – the Italian government has set 15 June as the date when trade fairs can start to operate again – and never before has it been so important to showcase innovation, sustainability, technology and safety. Host2021 has now confirmed that it will be taking place as a live event. The two-yearly show will be held at Fieramilano from 22 to 26 October 2021. Read the full press release here.
