Warranty procedure
- To report a warranty case complete the warranty report below
- Send it to our technical department; they will follow up on your warranty claim. They might ask you for additional information or the return of your defective parts. In some cases, your claim can be honored or rejected immediately
- In case we ask you to return the defective parts to our offices, we will provide you with an RMA (Return Material Authorization) number. Please send the parts together with a copy of the complete warranty report and the RMA number. Make sure that the RMA number is mentioned on the address label, without this number we cannot accept the goods in the warehouse
- The returned parts will be analyzed. In case your claim is honored, you will receive a credit note for the parts involved*
* In order to keep logistics transparent and simple, you always receive a credit note instead of replenishment parts. Therefore be aware that you need to order replacement parts if your stock needs to be replenished. Costs for sending parts by DHL are for your account.
