There is so much you can do with a rotisserie!

Meatloaf from a rotisserie

Mixed minced meat, pork beef 1.5kg / 3.3 lbs
Eggs 2 pcs
Parsley 1 bussel
Panko 100 g / 0.2 lb
Onion 1 pce
Pepper 1 tsp
Salt 2 tsp
Garlic powder 2 tsp

Preheat the rotisserie
Cut the onion into small cubes – stew them for a while to bring out the sweetness
Mix all the salt, pepper, garlic powder and stewed onion in a bowl to make the marinade
Crack both eggs and chop a few sprigs of parsley and add this to the mixture
Add the Panko and knead
Form the bread
Take a TDR/LDR meat basket and place the meatloaf in it
Roast the meatloaf for +- 1 hour at 180°C / 356°F to a core temperature of 70°C / 158°F
