Additionally, the unit ensures optimal insulation with contact temperatures kept below 70˚C. For added convenience, the TDR 8 M can be optionally placed on a matching stand.
Doors on both sides as standard
For enhanced safety, the TDR M features a unique pass-through design (doors on both sides). Helping to avoid cross-contamination by separating of raw and cooked products.
