MDD Hot merchandiser range extended with 3-level model
Following the launch of the MDD Hot range in October 2021, Fri-Jado has extended the line with a brand new 3-shelf merchandiser. Customers now have the choice between 3-, 4- or 5-level units, combining maximum transparency for the best view of your products with patented Hot Blanket technology. This technology provides premium holding conditions while saving up to 50% on energy (costs). Being the lowest model in the range, the 3-level MDD Hot is also equipped with a transparent top for maximum visibility of the food.
Hot Blanket technology
Patented Fri-Jado technology combines conduction heat with hot airflow recirculation per shelf. This completely encloses your food products to maintain consistent core temperatures and keep colder ambient air outside. At the same time it saves up to 50% on energy consumption, reducing both your operating costs and your impact on the environment.
Ultimate flexibility with Multi Temp
Adapting your unit to food from different food groups and different time-of-day offers is easy with the MDD’s Multi Temp version. This function allows for individual temperature settings per shelf, between 40⁰C and 70⁰C. If not used, a shelf can also be turned off completely to save energy.

The MDD range of self-serve hot food cabinets has been developed for packaged food-to-go. It comes standard with castors for easy moving and consists of the following models:

- 60, 90 or 120 cm wide
- Solid back or pass-through (backloading model)
- Single Temp or Multi Temp
